Math: Do 30 minutes of Math, five nights per week, completing all corrections before moving on to new material. ALL CALCULATIONS MUST BE DONE IN YOUR MATH FOLDER; put in the generic formula (if there is one) and solve sequentially, substituting one thing at a time. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW ALL CALCULATIONS, YOU WILL COMPLETE THEM IN LUNCH BUNCH. If you have problems with homework, please call me between 7:00pm and 9:00 pm.

Read medical ethics debate topics for discussion in class on Tuesday, 5/4/10. Handout for debates will be passed out. SHARON WILL DO CALLIGRAPHY WITH US ON THURSDAY, 5/6/10 DURING READING AND WRITING CLASS. YOU MUST LOOK AT MEDIEVAL MANUSCRIPTS AND INVESTIGATE THE TYPES OF SYMBOLS USED TO EMBELLISH THE CALLIGRAPHIC LETTER FOR TUESDAY, 5/4/10.

Thursday: 5/6/10: Five page paper on Digestive Disease/Disorder will be collected. Remember that your topic should have enough research in order for you to talk about the definition of the disease/disorder, the history of the disease (when was it first known and does this date coincide with the Green Revolution), causes, symptoms, treatment, cures and promising medical treatment/cures.

Science folders will be collected on THE DAY OF YOUR FINAL EXAM. Make sure that all assignments are filed under the appropriate divider, and that you can account for all work. As I’ve mentioned, your folder will count as a test grade.
