Math: Do 30 minutes of Math, five nights per week, completing all corrections before moving on to new material. ALL CALCULATIONS MUST BE DONE IN YOUR MATH FOLDER; put in the generic formula (if there is one) and solve sequentially, substituting one thing at a time. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW ALL CALCULATIONS, YOU WILL COMPLETE THEM IN LUNCH BUNCH. If you have problems with homework, please call me between 7:00pm and 9:00 pm.

Life Skills: Please take your median annual salary and divide it by 12. Take 20% off that amount and what is left, take 30%. That is your rent/mortgage payment. Please bring this to class on Thursday, 4/15 (Tax Day!!).

Thursday: Complete reading and outlining Chapter 9. Complete What Nutrients are in Food and Nutrient Needs handouts. Pg. 192: check your understanding questions: 1-5; Pg.,197: questions 6-10.
Tuesday: 4/20/10- Complete handouts for Calories Input and Output, and the food diary. Start food diary on Wednesday, 4/21/10 through Sunday, 4/25/10. Record everything you eat and drink (I'm not asking you to limit yourselves, just be accurate) so that we can evaluate percent carbohydrates, protein, fiber, etc.
