Math: Do 30 minutes of Math, five nights per week, completing all corrections before moving on to new material. ALL CALCULATIONS MUST BE DONE IN YOUR MATH FOLDER; put in the generic formula (if there is one) and solve sequentially, substituting one thing at a time. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW ALL CALCULATIONS, YOU WILL COMPLETE THEM IN LUNCH BUNCH. If you have problems with homework, please call me between 7:00pm and 9:00 pm.

Science Research Topic is due on Wed. 12/16/09. Please write up your topic summary, and your hypothesis.
Science Test on Chapter 2 on 12/16/09 during Reading Block. Pay particular attention to definitions, and types of reactions. Look at your notes from our prep. day.
History:
1/4/09: Create a Country Project due. Make a map and a five minute presentation of the country of your design. You are the monarch! Use what you know about medieval history to design the physical topography. Also consider your subjects - how will they get food, medicine, clean living conditions, and jobs. How will you defend your subjects or your borders? How will you ensure a long monarchy? You should be able to defend your ideas about how you set your country up. Write up your ideas in order to turn it in.
History Test on Chapter 9 during Study Hall on Thursday, 12/17/09.
Your History Day Topic is due on Wed., 12/16/09. Please write up your topic summary,and the people who will be working with you. Make sure that you define what you mean by "innovation."
Read and outline Pages 98-103.
Look for current information on the news, in newspapers,magazines regarding Muslims in the news. Please bring your information to class.

12/8/09: Lesson plans are due for Preventive Illness in your assigned group.
12/1/09 Heart Lab.
Thursday, 12/3/09: We will prepare the petri dishes for swabbing in the classrooms as part of our illness prevention unit. Hand in a lesson plan for your age group. Your goal is to educate your class in terms of preventitive actions that each student can take to avoid getting sick.
