Group 5G Math: Math is Monday through Friday, 30 minutes of Math/night,making all corrections first before moving on to new material. If you have a problem, please call Denise between 7:00-9:00pm. Should we not be able to do the problem over the phone, I will meet with you first thing the next morning. You MUST show all work in your math workbook, in the required format, or you will receive a Lunch Bunch and re-do all calculations during recess.
Reading/Writing: Continue interviewing in class for the biography of your classmate. If you have finished your interview, you may begin drafting the biography using 5 areas (e.g., life experiences, hobbies, etc.) that you believe are the most indicative of your person. Make sure that you have enough information to do a 5 page paper.
History: Except for Chapter 4 which I will supplement for our luncheon at The Medieval Manor on October 21, students who have done the first 6 chapters will be teaching it to the class as a quick review and to bring new students up to speed. We will do 2 chapters a week, with the assigned students presenting, and the rest of the class reading/reviewing the chapters in advance.
Science: Outline Chapter 1-3 and answer assessment questions at the end , Qns. 1,2,3
Wordly Wise: Test on Lesson 2. Prepare the text for Lesson 3 for next week's test.
